Cancellations submitted 30 days before the event to [email protected] will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within a week of the event. In the case of live programs that offer CEs, the policy written with the program supersedes this policy.
