Biographical Info I am an optimist. I see the strengths in those I work with and am dedicated to helping others help themselves. I rise to the occasion and believe that change is possible. I have specialized in working with clients who have experienced trauma and anxiety. I understand that trauma is a disconnect from the self, others, and the world. I use methods that incorporate the brain, mind, and body in treatment to help my clients find safety and connection. I have completed EMDR levels 1&2, Dan Siegel's Interpersonal Neurobiology and Mindsight certification, and Traumatic Stress Studies Certification at Bessel van der Kolk’s Trauma Research Foundation. I am currently completing Neurofeedback Certification and Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry program. My goal is to help people find their way to living their best life.
