Biographical Info I have worked in the mental health field for the past 15 years, initially focused on biofeedback and stress management. I am a Registered Play Therapist, certified in biofeedback and emotionally focused therapy for couples. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, parenting concerns, and life transitions. I continue to build my understanding and skill base through ongoing training, averaging 50 hours a year.
