Ohm for Achieving Your Best : Closed-Loop Resonance Frequency Training for Performance and Recovery in Sports and Life

Series #48

Webinar

July 16, 2026
12-1 PM ET

The Ohm Resonance Lamp is a lamp and biometric stone system that detects each person’s resonance frequency and guides the autonomic shift through light, haptics, and sound with no manual pacing required. This session shows how that closed-loop approach builds baroreflex efficiency, vagal tone, and HRV coherence to support recovery and performance, drawing on real session data from elite-level work.
