pIR HEG is a process for training brain activity in the front of the brain using signals that reside in the 7 to 14 micron infrared range. The process involves teaching the person how to activate their prefrontal cortex and how to make it dominant as a brain state.
This webinar will describe the nuances of pIR HEG as applied to physical pain, emotional pain, and paroxysmal responses as they relate to each other and their responses to pIR HEG. The total time will be 1 hour. The first 45 minutes will be the presentation itself, with the last 15 minutes devoted to Q/A.

Jeffrey A. Carmen, PhD
Dr. Carmen has been licensed as a psychologist in New York State since 1979. His practice has morphed over the years from a general clinical psychology practice to one specializing in headaches, with a concentration on migraine headaches. He utilizes biofeedback and neurofeedback techniques in his practice and is the inventor of the Passive Infrared Hemoencephalography system, which is used worldwide to treat migraine headaches and cognitive and emotional disorders. He is also consulted worldwide for diagnosis and treatment of treatment-resistant migraine headaches.
