Dr. Cynthia Wilson, PsyD, LP, BCN

Dr. Cynthia Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Board Certified Neurofeedback Clinician and Licensed Diplomate in Q-EEG (. She specializes in psychotherapy, neurotherapy, and psychological evaluations. She works with individuals with PTSD, ADHD, learning disabilities, depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personal life improvement. She has practiced in the mental health field for 20 years. She works with clients of all ages and all walks of life. She is currently involved with ISNR as the Public Education Committee Chairperson for the past three years and is on the ISNR Board of Directors for 2025-2026.

Dr. Harry Bakow, PhD

Harry Bakow, Ph.D., is a psychologist whose career spans more than four decades in clinical practice, education, and research. He began his professional journey in the 1970s with research on maternal behavior, early experience, and developmental psychology at Villanova University and the University of Rochester. From 1978 to 1980, he served as a staff psychologist at Cambridge City Hospital in Massachusetts, followed by leadership as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Cambridge Mental Health Association. Over the next decade, Dr. Bakow became a trusted consultant in school systems, working with Lexington High School, Diamond Middle School, and Winchester High School, where he provided guidance on student mental health and well-being. Later in his career, he continued his clinical work as staff psychologist at Project CHILLD in Beverly, MA (2009–2012). A member of the American Psychological Association and affiliate of EEG Education and Research, Inc. and Ochslabs, Dr. Bakow has combined academic research with hands-on service in hospitals, schools, and community programs, always committed to advancing psychological health and education
