Biographical Info I have been providing mental health services since 1996 in a variety of contexts - university, community mental health, and private practice. While talk therapy and a safe holding environment is absolutely necessary, it is often not sufficient for many clients. Neurofeedback has allowed those to clients develop a more stable nervous system so that talk therapy can truly be beneficial.
