We specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, and various psychophysiological disorders such as headaches, chronic pain, high blood pressure, and gastrointestinal disorders. Our focus is to help you channel your energy and resources towards things you can control. This means learning healthy ways to respond to your thoughts and feelings and moving on without getting stuck in them. Once you are no longer struggling with what is not under your control, you become better able to move towards living your most valued life.
